Workaholics/Broad City (Comedy Central, 10:00 p.m.) – A hard-hitting consumer reporter named Miss BS (played by Erinn Hayes from Childrens Hospital) has her sights set on AmeriTeleCorp, and the guys, in particular. Preview below. “That’s a BS!” is your new catchphrase.
Winter Olympics (NBC, 8:00 p.m.) – Matt Lauer is in for Bob Costas again. Why NBC didn’t put Kathie Lee and Hoda on the first plane to Sochi at the first sign of crust in Costas’s eyes, I’ll never understand. It would have been riveting television.
Best in Show (CW, 8:00 p.m.) – Just about everything else is in repeats tonight, so maybe watch this instead? I don’t know. It can serve as a nice dessert after the multi-course meal that was the real dog show.
College Basketball: Duke at North Carolina (ESPN, 9:00 p.m.) – This game is still on even though North Carolina is currently buried under a combination of ice and snow. North Carolina AD Bubba Cunningham is advising fans to follow the Governor’s advice and stay off the roads. There’s a small part of me that hopes his plan is for the Duke bus to get stuck in the snow so he can try to claim victory by forfeit. It would be so diabolical. (UPDATE: Aaaaaaaaaaaaand it’s postponed.)
Maybe Just Watch Netflix or Something (Your Laptop, Whenever) – Here are some recommendations. Or just watch Columbo. I recommend the episode where Johnny Cash played the murderer. More TV shows should bring in iconic musicians to play murderers. It would have made that episode of New Girl with Prince way more interesting.
Cool Dog (YouTube, Immediately) – Someone uploaded the entire 85 minutes of the film Cool Dog to YouTube. The trailer is here. Guess if the dog puts on sunglasses and drives a car. GUESS.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Nathan Fillion and Abbie Cornish are on Kimmel, Larry King and Cristin Milioti are on Conan, and everyone else is in repeats.
