As if the first series of The Simpsons Lego toys wasn’t enough to make most adults say, “Okay, I’m buying a Lego set,” the company had to go and outdo itself. This morning, Lego announced the second installment of its Simpsons-themed toys with the above image of the Kwik-E-Mart, and you’ll be able to have Snake threatening to shoot Apu as soon as May. The set also includes Bart, Homer, Marge, and Chief Wiggum figurines, and the other image that Lego shared revealed some of the other must-have toys that will soon be available.
HOYVIN-GLAVIN! I can’t wait to hit Lego Hans Moleman in the crotch with a little brick football. I don’t give a crap how old I am, I won’t stop getting excited about these Simpsons toys. Mostly because I’m just so damn impressed with the attention to detail for the interior of the Kwik-E-Mart.
Although, if I’m allowed to nitpick one aspect of the Kwik-E-Mart, Jasper Beardly should be dressed as a viking. Long live Frostillicus! (Also, can we get a Stonecutters set next, please?)
