The Internet Is Having A Lot Of Fun Creating Memes On Other Forgotten Brian Williams Stories

Almost immediately after Brian Williams admitted that he was not on a helicopter that was shot down by an RPG in Iraq, people were buzzing and chatting about the NBC news head. While many were determined to see punishment doled out, essentially in the form of Williams losing his jobs, others saw it as an opportunity to have a little fun at the expense of the scandal. The way the Internet Gods intended. Thus, #BrianWilliamsMisremembers (or #BrianWilliamsWarStories depending on who you ask) was born.

What followed was a release of every Photoshop and meme you could imagine, depicting Williams either telling his own version of famous stories or placing him at the events. Some are rough and hastily done, but there are a few that are pure genius.
