Dino RadjaGood enough to get an action figure

Have you spent sleepless nights wondering whatever happened to Dino Radja? Well, maybe that’s just me. But last night Dino made his first visit to the Garden in 10 years.

In case you forgot, Dino was a beast in his tenure with the Celtics, averaging 16.7 points and 8.4 rebounds a night. Although he’s not currently getting buckets, he’s still involved in the game as president of the professional team in his home city of Split, Croatia.

Nonetheless, Dino still found time (and a channel) to watch the Celtics become World Champions.

“I watched every game,” he said of the C’s run to the NBA title last season. “It wasn’t easy to watch sometimes, but this is my team, my city. I’ll always be a Celtics fan. All of the playoff games started at 2 a.m. my time, but that was OK. I’d wake up and then stay awake from 2 to 7 for every game. That’s not easy.”

While Dino Radja will never go down as one of the greats, who are some other unsung international heroes of the mid-90s?
