If you’re going to dunk over a car, you better make damn sure you don’t embarrass yourself in the process. Unfortunately for Mexican league player Lloyd Hickinson, that wasn’t the case. In this clip from the Golden Chihuahua All-Star Game (what is that, and how can I attend?), Hickinson attempted to recreate Blake Griffin’s dunk from 2011.
Lloyd Hickinson is no Blake Griffin.
Note the pyrotechnics that go off just as he bricks the dunk.
And somehow, someway Hickinson went on to win this contest. That doesn’t say much for A) the judges or B) the other competitors, but I digress.
