TMZ Sports is reporting that Aaron Zalewski was arrested back on the night of June 11 on charges of attempted murder, spousal abuse and criminal threats after he attacked his wife and UFC Octagon girl Brittney Palmer. He was brought into custody in the early morning of June 12 and released later on $1 million bail.
Palmer reportedly told police that Zalewski became enraged when he overheard a casting agent refer to Palmer as “babe” on the phone. You can read all of the grisly details over at TMZ, but Palmer told police that, at one point, Zalewski pinned her face-first to the bed with his knee in her back, where she struggled to breathe for around two minutes.
As of now, Zalewski is out on bail and awaiting the L.A. City Attorney’s decision on whether to press charges.
