Killer crossovers are the surest way for an offensive player to embarrass a defender, especially one reaching to swipe the ball, rather than playing sound, on-ball defense.
But how do we explain what the girl above did to her defender? Her hesitation crossover sent her defender into a full split.
A less flexible defender is nursing a pulled muscle for the foreseeable future. Still, this was impressive, especially since the young Tim Hardaway takes her full-split opening to drive for the layup.
