Netflix Just Dropped The First Teasers For Judd Apatow’s New Series, ‘Love’

The new Netflix series from Judd Apatow, titled Love, is set to drop its 10-episode first season on Friday, February 19. It stars Community alum Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rust (who co-wrote the series), and Netflix describes the whole thing thusly:

Created, written and executive produced by Judd Apatow, Paul Rust and Lesley Arfin, Love follows nice guy Gus (Rust) and brazen wild-child Mickey (Gillian Jacobs) as they navigate the exhilarations and humiliations of intimacy, commitment, love and other things they were hoping to avoid. Love is an unflinching, hilarious and excruciatingly honest take on modern relationships.

And now, we have our first look at the series, thanks to two short teasers that introduce us to the main characters. Above, please find “Meet Mickey,” in which a) we learn that she thinks she’s losing her mind, and b) Harry Crane from Mad Men — real name: Rich Sommer — calls her a whore and punches someone in the face for disagreeing with him. Below, please find “Meet Gus,” in which a) we learn he is not smooth with the opposite sex, and b) he gives himself a pep talk that ends with him calling himself a piece of sh*t.

Everyone is doing great!
