Brandon Knight can never seem to catch a break. He ends guest-starring on other people’s highlight reels more than just about any other player in the league, even when it isn’t really justified. That was the case Tuesday night when he went flying to the floor after Paul George put him in the spin cycle. But on a closer look, it appeared Knight just got his feet tangled up with George’s rather than it being the devastating ankle breaker it initially appeared to be. Regardless, it was a nice move by PG13.
