Kevin Hart will soon go from pretending to be Josh Gad’s best man in Hitch 2: This Time It’s About Weddings, I mean The Wedding Ringer, to helping Will Ferrell prepare for San Quentin in Get Hard. Ferrell plays a wealthy man sentenced to hard time in one of the meanest prisons on the planet, so he does the smart thing and hires the only black guy he knows to train him in dealing with bigger, deadlier inmates, because he believes that all black men have served time. It’s a guaranteed recipe for hilarity and/or unamused outrage.
In this latest trailer, Hart reaches out to the leader of the Crenshaw Kings, played by rapper/actor T.I., for some help, and you can probably guess how that works out. Also, there are penis jokes, in case that’s your thing.
