Weekend Preview: Carol Is Sneaking Around On ‘The Walking Dead’ And Thor’s Hosting ‘SNL’

The Walking Dead
(AMC, Sunday 9:00 p.m.) — Rick and the group continue to adapt to Alexandria, but Carol might be in super-secret-agent-in-a-pink-cardigan mode.

Night of Too Many Stars: America Comes Together for Autism Programs (Comedy Central, Sunday 8:00 p.m.) — The comedy world’s biggest stars gather to raise money for autism programs and to make us laugh. Jon Stewart hosts.

Aziz Ansari: Live at Madison Square Garden (Netflix, Available Now) — Aziz is the second Parks and Rec cast member to have a Netflix special in the last few months. I look forward to June’s Hi Jerry, I’m Larry: A Night of Slam Poetry by Jim O’Heir.

Sidebar: Trevor Moore from The Whitest Kids U’Know also has a new special debuting this weekend on Comedy Central (Friday, 11:59 p.m.)

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix, Available Now) — Ellie Kemper from The Office stars as a smiley and out of touch cult escapee who is eating up life in the big city. Tina Fey and Robert Carlock produced this. It looks annoying and charming at the same time. Binge away, my babies.

Syfy Friday Dramas (Syfy, Friday 9:00-11:00 p.m.) — The time machine is running out of time juice on 12 Monkeys and the Coast Guard wants to move the CDC to a new island on Helix.

Saturday Night Live (NBC, Saturday 11:30 p.m.) — Chris Hemsworth hosts, the Zac Brown Band performs, and any leftover Fifty Shades of Grey sketches from last week will be re-purposed.

FOX Sunday Comedies (FOX, Sunday 7:30-10:00 p.m.) — Bob goes to war with the company that sold him a faulty toy helicopter on Bob’s Burgers, Wiggum flies a jet-pack into the church and the congregation starts gambling to pay for the repairs on The Simpsons, Jake’s dad (Bradley Whitford) stops by on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Chris has a secret lady on Family Guy, and Phil and Carol plan their wedding on Last Man on Earth.

Once Upon a Time (ABC, Sunday 8:00 p.m.) — The people of Storybrooke are suspicious of Cruella and Ursula’s true intentions.

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Ben McKenzie, Lennon Parham, and Brendon Walsh join Drew Carey on The Late Late Show.
