Brandon Jennings Owns Twitter Troll About Skipping College: ‘I Went And Got $1.2 Million’

Brandon Jennings has a lot of free time on his hands these days, and he likes to spend a vast majority of it amusing himself on social media, whether that means taking pot shots at LeBron James or owning a Twitter troll, like he did yesterday.

It all started with a relatively innocuous tweet aimed at the delusional contingency of college basketball fans (is that redundant?) that emerge around this time every year to claim insert-whichever-team-happens-to-be-number-one-at-the-time-here could beat an NBA team.

As designed, the injured Detroit Pistons point guard set of a firestorm of responses, including this ill-advised jab from someone named @DaSamo_ who tried, in spectacularly unsuccessful fashion, to call Jennings out for skipping college. Jennings’ response was a simple one, yet so effective that he apparently wiped @DaSamo_ off the face of the Earth entirely. A quick search on @DaSamo_ revealed that the profile no longer exists. That’s some pretty serious ownage, right there.

Let this be a lesson to all you would-be Twitter trolls out there: messing with NBA players on social media will almost always result in your immediate extinction.
