There was a time when Chris Paul dunked more frequently than most pint-sized point guards. The eight-time All-Star had 11 slams his rookie year, and notched at least seven in three additional seasons, too. Father Time and general wear-and-tear, though, have rendered the Los Angeles Clippers superstar far more ground bound over the second half of his career.
But that didn’t matter on Paul’s two-handed, drop-step dunk on Monday against the Washington Wizards – his first 0f 2015-16.
What’s better than the slam itself? Paul’s immediate reaction to look to his bench for approval and their subsequent hysteria, of course. Awesome.
