The first half of the Warriors-Spurs game on Sunday was a defensive slug-fest that ended with the two sides tied at just 35 all going into the break. It was characterized by the type of scrappy play seen above, after which Draymond Green nearly got himself tossed from the game for aggressively rushing toward the referee who called a foul against the Warriors. Green got T’d up immediately but was able to avoid a second one. He, Klay Thompson and Steph Curry all have two personal fouls apiece so far.
