Stephen Curry Swapped Autographed Jerseys With A Young Fan Battling Leukemia

Warriors star Steph Curry did a very nice thing for 7-year-old Brody Stephens, who has acute lymphoblastic leukemia. According to ESPN, Brody was diagnosed with cancer as a 1-year-old and was believed to have beaten it until it resurfaced in 2015. Curry visited Brody and they exchanged autographed jerseys and it’s getting a little dusty in here so here’s another picture of the two.

An additionally cool thing about this trip is Curry took the time to do it on the road in Indianapolis on Sunday. It’s not like Curry just fell out of bed to visit a hospital near Oakland, which somehow makes it seem even nicer that he did it. You couldn’t get me out of my home on an NFL Sunday no matter the stakes, which is why Curry is very nice and I am 84 percent garbage.
