It’s never fun for any player to go up against Steven Adams on the glass, but it’s even less fun for players significantly smaller than Adams, such as Raymond Felton. Adams has been known to stir stuff up before — he’s full of devious little tricks and nudges and elbows that frustrate the hell out of opponents. But, for once, he didn’t do anything here. He really was just trying to get the rebound, and for some reason, Felton took exception to his effort.
As a result, the refs took the coward’s way out and awarded double technicals. For shame.
