At this point, Terrence Ross might be overcompensating a bit. Last Monday in a game against the Milwaukee Bucks, the former dunk champ got a steal and went down court for what everyone assumed would be a highlight-reel dunk. But things didn’t quite work out as planned, and Ross clanged it off the front of the rim.
He redeemed himself a few days later with a soaring windmill jam against the Sixers, but he didn’t stop there. Ross apparently feels the need to keep reminding the world that he’s still one of the best dunkers in the NBA. During the Raptors’ game against the Magic on Sunday afternoon, Ross proved once again that that missed dunk last week was nothing more than anomaly. It’s good to see that minor faux pas hasn’t rattled his confidence one bit.
