Festus Ezeli was the subject of what looked like Andre Iguodala’s Punk’d audition the other day when he pranked the Warriors big man into believing he was being let go from the team. But it didn’t take long for Festus to get revenge.
Festus posted on Instagram today a video of him hitting Andre with a cream pie. It’s not the classic landing you were hoping for, though, with the pie hitting him on the back of his head instead of his face.

Still, Festus seems content with his sweet revenge even though it wasn’t nearly as mean or elaborate as what Iguodala was able to achieve. I’m sure now the Nigerian native will have April Fools’ marked on his calendar for next year, perhaps even with a few new tricks up his sleeve.
Now that April Fools’ is over, the focus shifts back to basketball for Golden State. Steve Kerr’s team needs to win four out of its next si games to tie the record for most wins in a season. They have the chance to become the greatest team of all time, so it’s likely the pranks are put to bed for now – but we’ll definitely wait and see to be sure.
