Kendrick Lamar has just added another name to the track list of his upcoming album, DAMN. Joining Rihanna and U2 is Zacari, a lesser known singer from Los Angeles who is guaranteed to receive a lot more attention now. Zacari took to Twitter last night to point out the change on the iTunes pre-order that has him listed on the song “LOVE.” He also showed his appreciation to Kendrick for the spot, writing, “Thank you @kendricklamar for giving me an opportunity to be a part of this legendary album.”

There may be only three, listed guests on the album as it stands today, but those won’t be the only voices we hear besides Kendrick’s on DAMN. In a since-deleted tweet, Kaytranada asserted that he sang with Auto-Tune for the first time on the song “LUST.” Though that piece of evidence may be gone, a tweet from BADBADNOTGOOD is still alive and well, confirming Kaytranada’s appearance.

While you may not recognize the name, Zacari, he already has a history of working with TDE artists. He was featured on “RAW (backwards)” from Ab Soul’s Do What Thou Wilt and appeared alongside Kendrick Lamar once before on “Wat’s Wrong” from Isaiah Rashad’s The Sun’s Tirade. This latest feature however, will give him the greatest opportunity yet to shine.

Look out for DAMN. to drop this Friday.
