Golden Globes winner Amy Adams ‘getting ready’ for Superman sequel: Watch

LOS ANGELES – It’s a little surprising that someone like Amy Adams — whose presence on and off-screen is so pristine — is “so self-conscious” on awards red carpets. She, however, had much less of a problem picking up her Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Comedy Or Musical last night for her role in “American Hustle.”

She said she’d spend the rest of the evening celebrating with “my man” and “try to get home with some dignity,” though she did mention already having her eye on the next project.

“I’m getting ready to work on the sequel to Superman which is a fantastic opportunity with such amazing people. And after that there’s a projects in development,” she told reporters backstage at the Beverly Hilton. “I feel like I’m embarking on a totally different chapter of my career.”
Watch the whole video interview with Adams, on “devilish” David O. Russell and on how her toddler shows her how to hustle.
