The feud between two of Hollywood’s toughest and baldest leading men continues to grow. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson was allegedly upset with Vin Diesel’s diva-like behavior on the set of Fast 8, and called him out publicly on it via social media. And while Dwayne later referenced the beef by saying “Conflict can be a good thing, when its followed by great resolution,” it doesn’t seem like there’s any resolution in sight yet.
In the latest sign that The Rock and Vin Diesel won’t be exchanging Christmas presents this year, The Rock posted up a shoot wrap message thanking pretty much everyone involved in Fast 8 except Vin Diesel.
Now that’s an insult on par with taking off your white glove and slapping someone across the face with it. On Vin’s side of things, he’s been largely silent about the whole affair. But in a video posted to Instagram, he sounded like his side of the story is almost ready to be told.
“Now give me a second and I will tell you everything,” he promised. “Every thing!”
Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I still have my doubts about how legit this beef is. Ten bucks says The Rock and Vin Diesel end up facing off in some fashion at the next Wrestlemania in March to ‘settle this score.’ Oh, and look at that: the release date for Fast 8 just happens to be April.
