Patrick Willems just released his newest fan film, and it tackles the age old question: What if Wes Anderson directed an X-Men movie? The internet is chock full of fan films, and while they can’t always be on the level of Adi Shankar’s Power/Rangers short, some still tend to be more of a miss than a hit.
That isn’t the case here at all. Sure, the acting is a little pedestrian, but Willems and his crew deserve credit for putting together a fitting homage in proper, Wes Anderson style.
Dammit, Willems. I really want to see this movie now!
