This summer, Fleet Foxes headlined the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, a show that our own Editorial Director of Music, Caitlin White, named her favorite of the year, calling it “technically precise, passionately rendered, and full of the kind of awe that only a band playing one of their dream venues can muster.” And while that show was part of a larger tour, the Seattle band who took six years between records has plenty of more fans to please until this run can be considered complete.
With a new tour announced around stops at Coachella, Boston Calling, and Shaky Knees festivals, the Robin Pecknold-led band will perform a ton of newly announced shows in both the US and abroad. In fact, the band is currently in Japan for a pair of shows left this weak before kicking off their next American run in March in Tampa. From there, they will hit venues in cities like New Orleans, Memphis, Washington DC, and Houston before playing a pair of shows at the historic Ryman in Nashville and ending their domestic dates in Vermont. Afterward, Fleet Foxes will go international, with shows in Canada, Spain, Poland, and more.
