OK, maybe not EVERY female pop star. Lily Allen doesn’t mention Madonna…or Mandonna. Here I was ready to praise Allen for playing nice with the likes of Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Lorde (“Lorde smells blood, yeah, she’s about to slay you/Kid ain’t one to f*ck with when she’s only on her debut”), and for openly talking about periods, but now I’m furious about the lack of Mandonna love.
What’s that? You’re saying there are corgis on the “Sheezus” cover? BEST SONG OF 2014.
