The 40-yard dash is already the most important event for prospects at the NFL Combine, but this year there will be extra incentive for players to run 120 feet in about four seconds: Adidas is giving a Porsche 911 Carrera to the three fastest runners.
From ESPN:
The cars are wrapped in a cheetah print that matches the company’s new Uncaged adizero 5-star cleat. The ultralight shoe hits shelves Thursday.
So the first thing the winners will have to do is get the car a paint job, because good god:
The fastest 40 in the lightest cleat ever wins a Porsche® 911® Carrera® sports car.#UNCAGED #PorscheDriving pic.twitter.com/uJaWIpf0nN

Small price to pay for an $83,000 vehicle though.
This isn’t the first time Adidas has given away a prize to the fastest 40. Last year, Brandin Cooks was awarded $100,000 for his 4.3. And then signed with Nike after the Draft.
