After the U.S. Women’s National Team won the World Cup, Alex Morgan will be the first woman to ever appear on the cover of FIFA video game. The USWNT have been praised by everyone around the country, but it’s nice to see that materialize into breaking new ground. Morgan will appear alongside Lionel Messi, who also happens to be pretty good at this soccer thing. In 2012, Morgan and the USWNT captured an Olympic gold medal, and she fought through a knee injury this year to push the USWNT to their first World Cup since 1999. You can find Morgan’s face in the video game aisle when the game is released on September 22.
