Ravens running back Justin Forsett’s season may be over. During Sunday’s game against the St. Louis Rams, Baltimore’s Pro Bowl running back broke his arm after getting tackled by Rams DT Aaron Donald.
Forsett – who came into the day tenth in the league in rushing yards this season – stayed on the ground after getting taken down, and you could see that he had a pretty nasty break in his right forearm area.
If Forsett is out for an extended period of time – which one would assume is the case – it would be a huge loss for an already thin Ravens’ running back unit. They’ve had some seriously bad luck on the injury front as a whole this season.
Forsett’s fractured arm means Ravens have lost starting RB, Steve Smith, Terrell Suggs, Breshad Perriman and Jeremy Zuttah for the season.
