The Buffalo Bills famously went to four Super Bowls in a row, but failed to win a single one. That leaves Bills fans without a title, and Bills players without a Super Bowl ring. However, there’s still reason for positivity in Buffalo right now. After all, the Bills now have their own ice cream flavor. How many football teams can say that?
Yes, Perry’s Ice Cream, an ice cream company based in Akron, New York, has unveiled a new flavor dedicated to the Buffalo Bills. It is called “Sundae at the Ralph,” a play on Sunday, the day when NFL games are generally played, and a reference to Ralph Wilson Stadium, where the Bills play.
It’s a vanilla ice cream with hot fudge swirls, chocolate and peanut butter footballs, and red and blue sprinkles. As the ad says, now every day can be sundae. That doesn’t sound like a bad ice cream, all told. It’s basically, vanilla, chocolate, and peanut butter. It’s not like they’ve put buffalo meat in the ice cream or anything like that.
Perhaps now that the Bills have their own ice cream flavor, they will finally be spurred on to finally winning a Super Bowl. If it doesn’t, then at least Bills fans have something to eat when they need to drown their sorrows after a loss.
