A week ago, someone with questionable judgment gifted a freaking tiger to Floyd Mayweather, who seemed elated with his furry new feline friend. Mayweather proudly posted a photo of his pet on Instagram, and it was such an absurd sight that it must be seen again. Let’s shift the lens slightly and see how angry PETA is about this situation.
Dear @FloydMayweather,
Tigers should be in the wild. Please send this cub to a sanctuary. https://t.co/tOTT9uesRG pic.twitter.com/CUnlUtEWmg

One person who was not impressed with Mayweather’s new acquisition was Chrissy Teigen, who is always getting in a feud with someone (most recently with Donald Trump, who was a birthday gift of sorts). Teigen did not make any animal rights arguments, but she did casually hint that it wouldn’t be terrible if the tiger ate Mayweather.

This is hilarious, unless, of course, Mayweather actually ends up on the wrong end of that tiger’s jaws. When the man sat down to speak with Fight Hype, Mayweather wondered why Teigen was grabbing onto his fame game:
“The thing is I’ve never had anything negative to say about John Legend. I really don’t even know what his wife does, whoever she may be. I’ve never seen John Legend’s wife in my life. If I did, I probably just don’t remember it. But the thing is this, I’m pretty sure she has a lot going on in her life, but, you know, I’m something to talk about, so that can be something else. I am something to talk about. You see, when she spoke on me, she got her name in the public eye, so that’s kind of cool for her.”
Yowch. Mayweather thinks Teigen cracked a remark about his fancy-pants tiger because she needed the attention. Yes, that’s exactly what he said. This is gonna get ugly.
