The Tennessee Titans don’t have any question marks at quarterback – Marcus Mariota is really good and is going to lead this team for a really long time. But as we learned on Sunday, if the team ever needs an emergency quarterback, DeMarco Murray can fill in and drop some dimes.
Tennessee looked like it was running the ball on a pitch play during its game against Green Bay. Instead of running forward, though, Murray composed himself and saw a wide open Delanie Walker in the back of the end zone. He had to get the ball over a few defenders, but Murray flicked his wrist and perfectly placed the ball for his tight end.
It was a great play call by the Titans, and Murray made his part look easy. It was a big moment for him, as it was the first passing touchdown of Murray’s career.
DeMarco Murray had himself a quarter.

Murray’s big quarter helped the Titans open up a 21-0 lead on the Packers after the game’s first 15 minutes.
