Carlin Isles, with his 4.19-second 40-yard dash and 10.13-second 100 yard dash, is widely considered to be the fastest man in rugby.
He used that speed to great effect in team USA’s rugby 7s campaign, scoring two breakaway tries against England in the semi-finals and putting the Eagles in the finals, where the defeated Australia 45-23 to win the London Sevens Cup.
