The New York Giants were one of the NFL’s worst teams this season and haven’t been in the Super Bowl since 2012, but Eli Manning and Odell Beckham Jr. still managed to steal some of the spotlight in the fourth quarter on Sunday night thanks to their amazing commercial spot.
Throughout the night we saw little teases with Manning and Beckham, with the payoff being arguably the best commercial of the night. The Giants’ quarterback-receiver combo did a pretty incredible Dirty Dancing number at their practice facility, complete with some backup dancing from the offensive line.
Beckham’s love of dancing is well known, but I don’t think anyone would’ve expected an ad featuring Eli dancing, which made his commitment to the bit all the more enjoyable.
For thirty teams, Super Bowl isn’t the end of the season – it’s the start of next season. Watch Eli, @OBJ_3, @TheHumble_21 and the @Giants O-line put in the work in our #SBLII commercial. https://t.co/QP6UducMYa

The entire spot is pretty fantastic, rivaling the NFL’s Super Bowl babies commercial as one of their best Super Bowl ad efforts. The ending with Eli lifting Beckham over his head is fantastic and will undoubtedly be brought back pretty regularly next season.

Manning gets very into the dancing and does his best, but we now fully understand why the touchdown celebration dancing gets left to Beckham, although if they break out a little bit of this routine next season it would be incredible.
