Deadlifting in heels is an easy way to dislocate your ankle. You can chalk it up to “Russia,” but this wasn’t on a dashcam, so I have my doubts.
What was the goal here, exactly? Is it a balance exercise? Is it a box jump? If so, why is that thing so flimsy? This is all just a very bad idea.
All in all, be better. The gym isn’t a playground.
