This video is of Charles West — an all-purpose back out of Coppell High School in Texas — being shot in the arm after playing basketball at Coppell Middle School on Monday. West was taken to a nearby hospital, but has already been released. According to police, the suspect was arrested around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
In January, West himself was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, as well as possession of marijuana when he allegedly solicited sex from a prostitute. Per Rivals.com, West committed and signed his letter of intent from BYU in January. He is a member of BYU’s 2015 recruiting class. (Via: D Magazine)
