Is a hot dog a sandwich?https://t.co/SpJW3SixFl

For months now, the Internet has conducted a thorough investigation on the categorization of a hot dog — is it a sandwich or not? Since the Internet couldn’t come to a collective decision, the MLB decided to toss up the question to some of the best and brightest players.
Mike Trout, the blessed saint that he is, believes that a hot dog is indeed a sandwich. He won the All-Star Game MVP, which by law, makes him the moral arbiter of this issue. Hot dogs are a staple of the ball park experience, which gives baseball players a breadth of knowledge on this issue. Although most wouldn’t think of a hot dog as sandwich, meat is placed between bread and that technically constitutes a sandwich.
Mike Trout is as wise as he is awesome at baseball.
