It’s clear now that Joseph Randle probably needs help. The former Cowboys RB was arrested in Kansas City for allegedly being drunk and disruptive at a casino. Even worse, it appears he may have assaulted a security officer. TMZ was the first to the story reporting that Randle was ultimately charged with “felony criminal threats, misdemeanor assault of a law enforcement officer, interference with a law enforcement officer, battery, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.”
He is being held on $25,000 bail.
Randle was cut by the Cowboys last month for what the team called a “personal issue.” He’s had a number of run-ins with the law over the last year.
-In October of 2014, he was arrested at a department store in Texas for reportedly stealing men’s underwear. He was given probation as a result.
-In February of 2015, he was cited for possession of marijuana after police received a bizarre call of domestic violence at a hotel in Kansas. He never faced charges.
Should Randle ever return to the NFL (and that’s a big if), he is facing a possible one to two-game suspension for that incident in Kansas.
Joseph Randle faces a 1- or 2-game suspension for the incident. He didn’t violate domestic violence policy. It’s firearm & conduct related

Again, it’s pretty clear that Randle needs an intervention of some kind. Hopefully that happens soon.
