Josh Emmett was called up to the big leagues to make his debut on FOX Sports 1. Normally, fighters get Octagon jitters but Emmett looked fantastic and loose, boxing up Jon Tuck for two rounds. Then, in the third, it looked like he snapped his finger in half which kept him on the defensive, and hiding the injury from the ref, who would’ve stopped the fight.
Here are the reactions, with the graphic video below. Be warned!
It looks like Emmett's pinky is dislocated. He was trying very hard to hide it from the referee during that break and looks messed.

Emmett is really lucky the referee didn't look at his hand there, some refs might have stopped the fight due to injury.

Emmett was rushing the ref to restart fight because it would have been stopped if that was noticed & a doctor was brought in #UFCRotterdam

This is far, far worse than Michael Bisping’s toe injury from last year, and up there with Jon Jones’ toe falling off against Chael Sonnen. While those men were undeniably heroic in their fight, the fact that Emmett had the wherewithal to hide the injury from the referee and keep on fighting is incredible. Just look at this last 30 seconds of the fight with the knowledge that his hand was destroyed.

This guy could be a star in the making. He has the personality and the ability, and people won’t be forgetting this anytime soon. These are the types of things legends are made of. Or at what least cage-side commentary teams love to talk about endlessly.
Now let’s forget this ever happened.
OH WAIT MAYBE NOT HERE’S ANOTHER HORRIBLE IMAGE THAT YOU SHOULDN’T LOOK AT. Seriously, this is GRAPHIC.
