Leah Still, the daughter of Cincinnati Bengals defensive lineman Devon Still, has melted the nation’s hearts while battling cancer. She’s also the most recent recipient of the Jimmy V Award at this year’s ESPYs.
Per Devon’s Instagram account, Leah was scheduled to find out if her Stage-4 neuroblastoma was still in remission.
Undoubtedly, Leah looked ridiculously cute awaiting her results. Thankfully, Devon confirmed on Instagram that the cancer remains in remission.
This is just fantastic news, especially in the midst of the Kansas City Chiefs’ announcement that safety Eric Berry has been cleared to return to practice. Berry was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma last December.
Take that, cancer.
