The Jaguars stunned the Steelers to start their divisional round playoff game in Pittsburgh on Sunday afternoon, bolting out to a 21-point lead behind a tremendous early performance from young star running back Leonard Fournette.

Fournette had a pair of touchdowns in the first half on 12 carries for 82 yards, including this incredible touchdown run, tightroping the sidelines for six.

He also added 100 receiving yards on one catch. However, that one reception led to a scary moment for Fournette and Jaguars fans, as he came off of the field hobbling after taking a hit on his right ankle.

Fournette would then limp to the locker room with the Jaguars’ trainer and did not appear for the remainder of the first half. The official update from the Jags’ PR department was that he was “questionable” to return with a right ankle injury.

This is far from the first time Fournette has dealt with ankle issues, as he’s had a long history of ankle injuries dating back to his time at LSU, most notably an injury that kept him out multiple games in his junior season. The Jaguars were still able to manage another score in the first half without Fournette, courtesy of their defense forcing a fumble on a sack of Ben Roethlisberger that was returned for a touchdown.

UPDATE: Fournette returned for the start of the second half.
