If you found yourself excited about the news of a beef between Tiger Woods’ former lovers Elin Nordegren and Lindsey Vonn, 1) find better things to get excited about, and 2) we have some bad news for you.
Nordegren, the Swedish model who was married to Woods from 2004 to 2010 and is the mother of his two children, and Vonn, the former Olympic skier who dated the golfer from 2013 to 2015, were both on hand at the Kentucky Derby festivities over the weekend. Nothing like a race weekend to stir up some drama!
After a report from Page Six claimed that Nordegren and Vonn were ordered to be kept apart by party organizers at several events, a rep for Vonn denied the claim and said the two were on “great terms,” as they had been in the past.
The former Olympic skier went one step further and seemingly all but squashed rumors of a beef with a simple tweet one day after the Page Six report was published.
Great to se Elin and friends at the #kentuckyderby last weekend. She was stunning as always! pic.twitter.com/jHQk1HW9pH

Then again, Vonn used the term “Elin and friends” which could be interpreted as either “Elin and her friends” or “Elin doesn’t classify as a friend.” It’s a mystery, folks!
Either way, this seems like a pretty blatant attempt at dispelling rumors or, at the very least, throwing everyone off the scent. She may as well have tweeted the picture directly at Page Six.
