Maurice Clarett of course has gone through his fair share of struggles off the field including going to prison, but he hasn’t hid his troubled past since he got out.
Just this summer, Clarett spoke to players on Florida State about the mistakes he has made, and turning his life around. Apparently however, Michigan fans looking to troll Clarett didn’t catch that he is doing much better these days, as they sent him old pictures of him in handcuffs trying to get under his skin.
Clarett was one step ahead of them though, as he put the picture up himself on his Instagram, with the caption:
Michigan fans are mad at me today…. They keep posting this pic as if it bothers me. I’ll help them out ?????…. I bounced back from this reality.
As for what Michigan fans were so upset about, it probably has something do with the fact that Clarett went on Twitter and said that Michigan-Ohio State was no longer a rivalry due to the recent OSU dominance, and that it was in fact a different Michigan school that was now Ohio State’s biggest opposition.
Mannnnn… This isn't a rivalry. We prefer Michigan State now.

Yeah, that will do it if you’re looking to anger the Michigan fan base.
