Pro tennis can be a pretty fun sport to watch live. Being a part of the live crowd reacting to every forehand, ace, and drop shot in a big match can be enjoyable for even those who may not watch tennis regularly. It’s sometimes hard for the true athleticism of the top tier players to come across on TV, but you get the full experience seeing it up close and personal.

The best men’s tennis player in the world is Novak Djokovic, but even he apparently wasn’t exciting enough for one fan at the Rogers Cup in Montreal on Saturday, who Djokovic accused of smoking weed during his semifinal match against Jeremy Chardy.

After a game, Djokovic motioned to the umpire that he believed there to be someone lighting up in the crowd saying “someone is smoking weed, I can smell it, it’s making me dizzy.”

It was the second day in a row that Djokovic claims he smelled the marijuana as he also had similar complaints in his doubles match on Friday.

Djokovic seemed to be in good spirits regarding the stoned spectator telling Fox Sports after the match that:

“I think it stopped after a while. Whoever it was … he was probably on the seventh sky somewhere.”

It probably helped that Djokovic was able to overcome the secondhand smoke and pick up a 6-4 6-4 win.
