Witnesses tell News On 6 it was terrifying as a car crashed into parade watchers at high speed. The car was not part of the parade but was on Main before crashing into the crowd at the intersection with Hall of Fame. A motorcyclist was also hit, and we’re hearing reports it may have been a police unit.
At this time it’s unclear how or why the vehicle crashed into the onlookers, but there is speculation that it was possibly intentional.
Witnesses say the car went through baricade and accelerated. It was going around 50 when hit crowd. Possibly intentional.
