At the end of the Packers 38-10 victory over the Seahawks on Sunday, Green Bay went into victory formation and Aaron Rodgers took a knee to run out the clock. This is standard procedure, both sides concede that the game is no longer in question. Exception for Seattle cornerback Jeremy Lane, who decided he could still do something about this 28-point deficit by taking a running cheap shot at Randall Cobb.
It’s impossible to guess what Lane’s thought process was here, but Cobb said on Monday this is just something Seattle does:
Randall Cobb on hit: "They’re just cheap. Bunch of front-runners. That’s Seattle, for you. That’s what they do. It was all over the field." https://t.co/9TjhU5CMFF

We could get to see these two face off one more time this season. Green Bay is firmly in the mix for the six-seed in the NFC playoffs. If they do sneak into that spot, they could very likely be traveling to Seattle to play the potentially third-seeded Seahawks.
