Russell Wilson Proposed To Ciara, And The Internet Had Some Fun With Their Engagement

For better or for worse, the romantic relationship between Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and singer Ciara has commanded plenty of headlines since the two started dating back in April of last year. Those headlines won’t be going away anytime soon, as the couple announced on Friday that they’re engaged to be married.

Playing a game of “travel roulette,” Wilson gave his future wife 30 possible destinations in the world to guess where she was headed. “She was shocked when they landed in the Seychelles at the exclusive resort North Island,” adds her rep.

“The biggest surprise was that Russell proposed to his new fiancé at the romantic private “Honeymoon Beach” located on North Island,” says the singer’s rep.

“She said Yes!!! Since Day 1 knew you were the one. No Greater feeling… #TrueLove @Ciara,” Wilson gushed on Instagram about the proposal.
