I was in a really crummy mood last night, because my favorite NFL team, the Carolina Panthers, got absolutely demolished is primetime. It was an embarrassing defeat and I wanted to stick my head into the ground and not pay attention to football for forever (this is also how I feel after reading one of Peter King’s columns), but now I’m PUMPED for next week’s game, and it’s all thanks to Apollos Hester. The fantastically named high school student, who plays wide receiver for the East View Patriots in Texas, gave one of the most spirited post-game interviews you’ll ever see.
Make this kid the commissioner. He couldn’t do any worse than the guy in office now.
