Tom Brady has been at the Kentucky Derby so many times that it’s hard to keep count. The quarterback is practically made for the Derby, with a preppy style that is as welcome at the Met Gala as it is at Churchill Downs as it is at Patriot Place. With a super model wife, Brady doesn’t even need a personal invite to the biggest horse racing day of the year to be able to go, but he indeed was invited and showed up in full Brady-style.
Throughout the weekend, Brady celebrated the horse racing holiday by spending time wth celebrities of the highest order. Katie Couric and the rest of the Patriots joined him and he looked to be having a great time at the pre-party in a naturally Brady fashion. Even Jimmy G got to go which is a huge development in the Patriots hierarchy. He’s been on the verge of being traded the past few years but lucky for him his jawline and pocket square game are enough to land him in the main crew for this year’s race.

Who could he have bet on? No one knows. But if he’s basing his betting pattern on the horse who is most like the Patriots, he’s going to put some money down on Always Dreaming, the odds-on favorite to win the race this year. As of 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Always Dreaming was 9-2 to win the race.
Brady betting on some good karma is the least that he could do after dealing with such a bad luck investigation.
