The Kia Tigers—Kia’s brand is everywhere—placed their third baseman behind home plate in the ninth inning of their game against the KT Wiz. The umpire would have none of that. He ordered the Tigers’ third baseman to go back to his place within fair territory. Deadspin pointed out that the MLB does not allow players to stand outside of fair territory. The same rule likely exists in this Korean league.
