Louisville Strength and Conditioning Coach Ray Ganong’s four-part game day checklist:
1. Put on tight-fitting Louisville shirt.
2. Sit on end of bench as to not kill anyone by accident.
3. Have someone bring him three folded, metal chairs (god help you if you bring him more or less than three).
4. Just scream and bang the living hell out of those poor chairs until the final buzzer.
