Weeks ago we told you about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s insane diet, which featured 10 pounds of food every day and an asinine 821 pounds of cod every year. That’s a lot of food, even for a man as large as The Rock.
On the other end of the spectrum we have Morgan King, a 29-year-old champion lifter who weighs a mere 109 pounds. King is one of the few people in the world who can do a clean-and-jerk for twice her body weight. In an episode for Fuel TV, she talked about her crazy, protein-packed diet and what she has to eat to maintain weight.

For breakfast, King generally makes eggs, chicken, chicken sausage, jalapenos, peppers, baby kale, salsa and throws it all over a bed of spinach. During her workout, King also throws in a shake or a protein bar, something she says keeps her full. She spends the rest of her day planning out meals, sticking to lots of protein, veggies and complex carbs.
King even posts some of her strange concoctions on Instagram.
